So far I had only done some test pictures around the house. Last week I was finally able to take my new Olympus OMD EM-5II for a real-world shootout. A bank holiday weekend in London was a great way to test. With only hand luggage, the little Olympus was the perfect companion. With the camera I took a 19mm and 35mm Sigma Art lens but only ended up using the 19mm. It’s so lightweight and compact, it literally fits in your jacket pocket.
I am more than satisfied with the image quality. During the trip I purchased a 15mm f8 lens-cap lens, or pancake lens. With image stabilisation built into the camera, some non-tripod long exposures can be achieved quite easily.
