This little piece of plastic fun I snapped up on eBay the other day. It’s titled a Holga Lens but one cannot really call it a lens since it’s just a piece of plastic with a hole, a pinhole, in it. No focus, no zoom, no nothing. It even comes with a cover, because any piece of grain that could fall into it would block the hole instantly. So why you ask would anyone invest money into a Holga Lens? The above picture was taken with the Pinhole lens. Not an interesting piece for National Geographic but fun enough to play with. It give you the vintage photography look and feel. Especially when shooting video. I reckon a video of a family Christmas dinner would be a sort of thing the Holga lens would make it look splendid.
